We were invited by Hong Kong Tourism Board to create a public interactive light artwork for Hong Kong Pulse Light Festival 2018 in Tamar Park.

Artist Statement:
《Urban Scape》
Bamboo scaffolding is Hong Kong's most unique streetscape. A highly versatile traditional method for temporary construction support, bamboo scaffolding is constructed by workers using bamboo rods over days and nights seemingly in an endless cycle. Indeed, bamboo scaffolding exemplifies the development of Hong Kong society.
This installation comprises of LED light pipes and black metal rods assembled to resemble the bamboo scaffolding on the streets. Through the interaction of the lighting program and original soundtrack, viewers can walk through for a vivid and varied experience.

我們獲邀參與香港旅遊發展局舉辦的國際燈光藝術展覽2018，在天馬公園創作一個公共互動燈光裝置藝術 。

藝術家自述:
《Urban Scape》
竹棚為香港街道上最獨特的風景，作為建築的臨時支撐結構，由棚架工人以竹枝搭建，是一個靈活多變的傳統建築技術。日以繼夜地建造，循環不息地交替，竹棚嚴然是建造香港社會的象徵。
作品由 LED 光管與漆黑的金屬支架組合。裝置佈置如街意道中的建築棚架，透過燈光程式設計配合一首原創音樂連繫互動，觀眾可以穿越裝置內部，感受光影的躍動變幻。
